The year 2023: I have relocated back again to where it all began. I am now single again and living in Decorah, Iowa again. That is the end of the again. The beginning of everything is new.
I am finding a community of lovely people and friends both old and new. I am also finding a humility in walking the VAN WINKLE affect as my third cousin Jibber calls it. We have both relocated to Decorah after a long time away. And though there is familiarity the old is made new in the years of passing without my presence.
There are pub singing groups. Fiddling in the museum. Walks, skis and adventures on new trails in old woods. And I share my life with my two new kittens in my own new home (to me that is). And so the wheel turns and life makes a new journey and I am looking forward to being available to accompany others in the journey inward however that looks for you!
